Admission Requirements

For Bachelor’s Programs:

  • Completion of 12 years of schooling

  • Minimum 60% marks in the latest education

  • Some universities may require IELTS/SAT scores

For Master’s Programs:

  • Completion of 15 years of education

  • Minimum 60% marks in the latest education

  • Some universities may require IELTS scores

Document Checklist For Admissions

To apply for universities in Italy, students must prepare the following documents:

  • Passport
  • Educational Documents (Transcripts & Certificates)
  • Europass CV (Standardized European Resume Format)
  • English Proficiency Certificate (Medium of Instruction Certificate or IELTS)
  • Two Letters of Recommendation (LORs)
  • Recent Passport-size Photo
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP) (Explaining academic goals & motivation)

Document Checklist For Student Visa

Once admission is secured, students must submit these documents for a student visa:

  • Cover Letter (Max 1 page explaining the purpose of study)

  • Valid Passport & Copy

  • Completed Visa Application Form

  • Two Recent Passport-size Photos

  • University Acceptance Letter

  •  Pre-enrollment Summary

  • All Educational Documents (Translated if required)

  • Sponsorship Affidavit (Financial support declaration)

  • Sponsor’s 6-Month Bank Statement (Proof of sufficient funds)

  • Sponsor’s Source of Income Proof

  • Overseas Medical Insurance (€30,000 coverage)

  • Accommodation Booking for 30 Days

  • Flight Ticket Reservation

  • CV (Resume)

  • DOV or CIMEA (Declaration of Value or CIMEA Statement for degree recognition)

Students applying for scholarships in Italy must provide:

  • Family Income Certificate
  • Property Certificate (Proof of assets)
  • Bank Balance Certificate
  • Passport Copy
